About Crockett

D'Shaun Crockett is from San Jose, CA. D'Shaun attended the University of Utah on a full-ride football scholarship from
1998-2002. While at the U of U he was a multi-talented player and won the Iron Ute Award in 2002. The Iron Ute is a coveted
award that is given to a senior who displays the hardest work in the weight room and endurance conditioning.
D'Shaun has been involved in competitive sports for nineteen years. His high school accomplishments include: being a
Gridiron Elite Team Member, Blue Chip Top 100 recruits, Prep Star All-Region, four-year All-Leaguer, was League Offensive
Player of the Year as a junior and senior, and four-year football starter at Oak Grove High School. Oak Grove won the
1997 CCS Championship. During his senior year he rushed for 1,700 yards and 23 TDs. He has high school career totals of
3,918 rushing yards and 60 TDs, was Mercury News' Player of the Week, was the U.S. Army Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and
was also an All State baseball player. D'Shaun has been fitness-training for thirteen years and has been a personal trainer
for three years.
His training regiment is up-beat and goal-oriented. D'Shaun loves working with people of all backgrounds and takes great
pride in guiding his clients to their ultimate goals. D'Shaun believes that hard work, knowledge, consistency, and desire
are the ingredients to success!
