About Sabin

Jason Sabin Is from Virginia Beach Virginia. He started lifting weights at the age of nine in order to augment martial arts and wrestling skills. Sabin has been involved in martial arts of one form or another since starting judo at age 5. Due to his father being a marine sabin had the benefit of studying many diverse martial arts including judo, karate, jujitsu, kung fu, wrestling, muay Thai kickboxing, and submission grappling.

Sabin joined the army in 1997 graduating from the military police academy at fort McClellan Alabama in November of that year. He did his service as a prison guard at Ft. Leavenworth Kansas. In 2000 Sabin got his first fitness certification from AMFPT before moving to Utah in 2002. In 2003 Sabin graduated from the Myotherapy college of Utah as a massage therapist. He practiced massage until 2006 when he received his second certification from ACE and began training at Gold’s gym in American Fork.

Most recently Sabin received a third certification from NASM.
Sabin still practices martial arts and incorporates elements of circuit training and kick boxing into workouts where available.
