Jess Thomas began his journey towards personal training while serving in the US Army as a military police officer at home in Ft. Carson, Colorado and abroad in Germany. When he returned from the military, he pursued a career in law enforcement and his passion for fitness. He worked in local fitness gyms as a personal trainer and aerobic instructor helping people wherever he went. Jess stayed with law enforcement from 1979 to 1992 to put more time and effort into fitness.
Instructor Kevin Coleman, NSCA CPT, was born in Cedar City and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended Hillcrest High School and received his Personal Fitness Training Diploma from Eagle Gate College with a 3.90 GPA. He enjoys basketball and all types of athletic and outdoor activities with his friends and family. Most of all, he enjoys changing lives on a daily basis. Coleman has become his own success story after losing over 100 pounds. This created a passion within him for helping other people make this positive change in their lives. He is an energetic and fun loving instructor who truly cares for each and every one of his PTs.
Jeannette Thomas is a co-founder of Bootcamp with Jess. She is the Corporate HR Administrator for Bootcamp and Controller for Bootcamp with Jess Franchising Company. She manages the two Corporate-owned Alpha Bravo studio locations in Midvale, Utah. As early as the 2nd grade, Jeannette struggled with her own weight problems, tipping the scales at 204 pounds in her college years. Since getting involved with Bootcamp, she has overcome her personal weight challenges and believes this program will help others in their war against obesity.
