Past PTs:, classes can start any day of the week.

Free Orientation Workouts: check us out before you enlist. 

Orientation classes held every Friday 5:30pm – 6:30pm at our Midvale and West Jordan locations.

Saturdays:  8am – 9am at our Draper and SLC locations. 

Come prepared for a workout: bring a small towel, 32oz H2O and wear comfortable workout clothing. 

Here you can meet the trainer, check out the facility, and go through an actual workout to try us out before you enlist. 

Bootcamp Fitness for Kids: New classes start each week based on availability.

Bootcamp Yoga: classes begin each week.  Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
