BOOTCAMP fitness for KIDS
The program:
Fitness Program made especially for children ages 7 – 13 yrs old
Kids will be placed together in groups of 5 to 10 per hour. The focus is circuit training with a military style. We incorporate hydraulic strength training, and aerobics, hand eye coordination, paying attention to detail, accountability, commemoratory, healthy nutrition, learning proper workout ethics, knowledge of the different muscle groups, building self esteem, calling cadences, working as a team, and creating an I Can attitude.
This program will get your children active again in a fun, positive, structured environment. You will see your children improve their overall physical well-being and self confidence while decreasing early onset of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and many others.
1 hour per day, 3 days per week
• Week Days Monday – Friday 10AM – 3PM
• Week Nights Monday – Friday 7PM – 8PM and 7:30PM - 8:30PM
• Fridays 4:30PM - 5:30PM
•Weekends – Saturday mornings 9AM – 11AM
• Off Track Schedules available
Package Pricing:
Monthly package: $125.00 includes 3- training days per week, 1 hour per day
Per Diem: $12.50 per session
