When talking about Sports Massage, one question is asked more than others. Does massage do more than just make you FEEL good?

Yes , massage has proven physiological effects that not only make you feel good, it also helps you move better. Massage Helps your body move more efficiently with less pain. Massage has been proven to increase Range Of Motion (How far you can move an extremity before it stops), Quality of Motion (How fluid your movement is.. ie how much you shake vs. how much you don’t), and Flexibility (How far you can stretch a muscle). Massage does much more than make you feel good, by combining massage with your personal training you will find that it can:

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Month to Month:
$44 a month for 12 months, this includes one massage per month which can be used at any of our 500+ locations nationwide (13 locations within the valley), this massage is available to be used at anytime within the agreement period, after the initial massage for $44, all other massages are only $39 per hour

Paid in Full:
Pay for all 12 massages for the agreement period up front allowing all
massages to be available immediately instead of waiting month to month,
$528 for 12 month program, all other massages are still
only $39 per hour                                                                                                       

3 Month Membership:
$147 for 3 massages, must be paid up front, all extra massages only $39 per hour

Come in for a massage in a clinic setting. We offer only massage so we specialize in massage. We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Injury, Cranial-Sacral and more.

We are open from Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 10:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 6:00 pm, Sunday 10:00am to 6:00pm
