Our fearless bootcamp leader is Jess, who was a military police officer in the US Army and worked in law enforcement after serving. While serving, he found a passion for fitness and opened a bootcamp opportunity in 2002 so he could share his skills. He strives to give the public military style training, that’s affordable and motivates people to overcome their health issues.

SOT Program: Our Special Operation Training Program is a non-military style circuit training program. 5 days a week, 1 hour per day, Packages starting at $199. For more information and other options for this program, visit our Pricing page.

Boot Camp – Six Week Program: This program is most suitable for new clients. This six-week program includes one-on-one nutritional counseling. 30 days, 1 hour per day. Only $425. Visit our Pricing page for more detailed information about this program.

Boot Camp – Four Week Program This program is recommended for returning clients. New clients may also sign up for this program. Priced at $370. There are additional services offered with this program found on our Pricing page.
