Bootcamp Kids: Classes begin Monday Aug 1st!
The program:
Bootcamp Fitness for Kids is a fitness program made especially for children ages 7 – 10 yrs old.
Kids are in a group environment of 5 to 10 per hour. The focus is circuit training with a military style. We incorporate hydraulic strength training, and aerobics, hand eye coordination, paying attention to detail, accountability, commemoratory, healthy nutrition, learning proper workout ethics, knowledge of the different muscle groups, building self esteem, calling cadences, working as a team, and creating an I Can attitude.
This program will get your children active again in a fun, positive, structured environment. You will see your children improve their overall physical well-being and self confidence while decreasing early onset of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and many others.
45 mins per class, 3 days per week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Class times: 4:30 p.m. / 5:30 p.m.
Make up classes: Saturdays 7:00 a.m. at Hillcrest H.S. 7350 S 900 E or Murray Park 5300 S 495 E. Instructor will notify parents each week of Saturday’s training location.
Package Pricing:
Monthly package: $80.00 (includes 3- training days per week, 45 mins per class, 12 sessions per month)
Per Diem: $7.00 per session
