Our successful workout classes started with Jess, the man himself. During his time as a military police officer and law enforcement, he developed a love for fitness. He finally opened a fitness boot camp in 2002, sharing his skills with others in the Salt Lake Valley. The public military-style training we offer is both affordable and motivational for those trying to master their health issues.
