I’m Scared… Will I be yelled at? Can I do this?

No yelling here, just positive loud encouragement. We understand what motivates people and give positive re-enforcement to help you achieve your goals. Yes this program is for everyone and anyone!
 

I have injuries, can you modify the training?

Yes, what is unique about our program is that every exercise we do, we can modify. When you do complete the health history questionnaire we will discuss any prior or current injury you may have so the instructor can modify the training.
 

Will I still get a good workout if I have to Modify?

Yes, our instructors are professional, certified, and knowledgeable about different techniques to give you the best workout regardless of injury!
 

What do I need to bring?

 – Small towel
 – Knee Pads
 – Minimum 32 oz H2o
 – Comfortable workout clothing
 – Clean comfortable athletic shoes
 

Will I be humiliated?

No, we only give positive loud encouragement here. We work as a team to help each P.T. achieve a higher self esteem and a positive outlook on life.
 

Do I need to be in shape to begin?

No, that is what we are here to help you achieve. We train the 100 lbs person, to the 500+ lbs person.
